Golf With DC offers online and in-person golf coaching, remote video analysis, digital downloads (practice plans, drill packs), and subscription-based coaching. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching results depend on individual effort and consistency. Always practice safely.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Use of Digital Products
Digital products are for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our site or services. Abuse may result in account suspension.
7. Use of Lesson Content in Marketing
By purchasing any coaching service or submitting videos through our platform, you grant Golf With DC permission to use portions of your submitted swing videos, lesson clips, or testimonials for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and website content.
If you do not wish to have your content shared publicly, please notify us in writing by emailing info@golfwithdc.com at the time of purchase or upload. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly and without penalty.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for injuries during practice or technical issues on third-party platforms.

Refund & Returns Policy
Remote Coaching Subscriptions
All subscription payments are non-refundable once service is delivered. You may cancel anytime; access remains until your billing cycle ends.
Single Lesson Purchases
Refunds are only available if no feedback has been delivered within 7 days of purchase. Once analysis is complete, no refunds are issued.
Digital Products
All digital sales are final due to instant access. If there’s a file issue, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
In-Person or Zoom Sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable.
