What We Work On Over the 8 Weeks
Each week builds on the one before it so juniors can develop a natural swing, improve their skills, and gain confidence both on and off the course.
Week 1 – Foundation of the Swing
We build the base of the swing with setup, balance, and simple movement. Juniors learn how to move naturally and develop a foundation they can rely on long term.
Week 2 – Putting Power & Distance Control
This week focuses on controlling speed on the greens. Juniors learn how to develop feel, control distance, and build confidence with their putting stroke.
Week 3 – Tire Swing Method (Power Through Speed)
We introduce the Tire Swing Method to help juniors generate speed in a natural way. The focus is on swinging faster without forcing it, creating better contact and more effortless power.
Week 4 – Chipping Control
Juniors learn how to control the ball around the green. We focus on clean contact, distance control, and building confidence in short game situations.
Week 5 – Full Swing Driver
This week is focused on the driver and longer shots. Juniors learn how to create solid contact, improve ball flight, and build confidence hitting the ball off the tee.
Week 6 – Green Reading
We teach juniors how to read greens and understand break, slope, and speed. This helps them make better decisions and improve their putting results.
Week 7 – Distance Control Through Speed
Juniors learn how to control distance by adjusting swing speed instead of always swinging full. This builds better control, consistency, and smarter shot-making.
Week 8 – Competition & Celebration
We bring everything together with games and on-course challenges. Juniors apply what they’ve learned in a fun, competitive environment and finish with a party and awards.
