What We Work On Each Week
The program is structured so each week builds on the last. You will not just learn random tips. You will move through the game in a way that makes golf easier to understand, easier to enjoy, and easier to play with confidence.
Week 1 – Getting Comfortable
We start by getting comfortable with the game, the club, and basic setup. The goal is to relax, have fun, and begin making solid contact without pressure. You will ease into the experience in a supportive group setting with a drink included to keep the atmosphere social and light.
Week 2 – Putting Confidence
This week focuses on putting basics, distance control, and simple green reading. You will learn how to feel more confident on the green so finishing holes becomes less stressful and much more enjoyable.
Week 3 – Chipping Around the Green
You will learn easy, approachable techniques for chipping the ball onto the green from just off the surface. This is one of the fastest ways to feel more capable on the course and take pressure off the rest of your game.
Week 4 – Pitch Shots & Short Game Control
We build on the short game with simple pitch shots and distance control. This helps you feel more in control around the green and gives you more confidence when you are not right next to the putting surface.
Week 5 – Full Swing Fundamentals
This week introduces the basics of the full swing with irons. The focus is on making consistent contact, swinging with more confidence, and keeping instruction simple so the game feels less intimidating.
Week 6 – Tee Shots & Driver Confidence
You will learn how to approach tee shots with more comfort and confidence. The goal is to make the start of each hole feel less stressful and more manageable while keeping the environment fun and encouraging.
Week 7 – Course Strategy
This week is about learning how to think your way around the golf course. You will work on club selection, smarter decisions, and how to stay calm and positive even when things do not go perfectly.
Week 8 – Playing Golf With Confidence
In the final week, everything comes together. You will play with guidance, apply what you have learned, and leave with a much better understanding of how to enjoy the game with confidence in a real on-course setting.
Why On-Course Learning Works Better
Most golf lessons happen on the driving range, but that does not always help people feel comfortable when they actually go play. Sip & Swing is different because you learn while you are on the course in real golf situations.
That means you will learn things like how to choose a club, how to recover from a bad shot, how to stay relaxed, and how to actually play the game instead of just practicing swings. Add in the drink, the social group atmosphere, and the judgment-free coaching, and it becomes a much more fun way to learn.
